Bruce Watson is an LCSW and MFTBruce Watson - LCSW, MFT
Bruce Watson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marriage/Family Therapist who is also a Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work by The American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work (ABE).

He has over thirty years experience in the behavioral health care field working with children, adolescents, and adults. He has also held positions as Associate Clinical Professor at USC and Yeshiva University.

After working in psychiatric outpatient clinics and psychiatric inpatient hospital settings for about 15 years, Bruce set up his full time private practice
nearly 20 years ago offering psychotherapy services. Over 15 years ago, he added Neurofeedback, also known as EEG Biofeedback, which can be used in many situations as an alternative to medication. This is used adjunctively with the more familiar verbal therapies.

Bruce is also a certified provider for The Listening Program

 

 

Laura Watson - LCSW
Laura Watson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker also certified as a Diplomat in Clinical Social Work. She has over thirty years experience in the behavioral health care field working with older children, adolescents, and adults. After 11 years working in outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings, Laura set up her full time private practice in 1985 where she has treated individuals and couples, specializing in the treatment of ADD/ADHD, alcoholism, and mood/anxiety disorders.

In her individual, family and marriage counseling work, Laura focuses on helping clients develop effective relationship skills, personal awareness and stress management/stable mood skills. She provides cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychosocial education with an emphasis on clients developing behavioral strategies to improve their marriage, parent-child/teen relationships and workplace relationships.

Laura also uses a holistic approach that incorporates addressing clients' total well-being, including improved sleep, diet and excercise/recreational activities to more successfully treat emotional issues.
